Prior to establishing my own business, I spent 6 years as Head of Human Resources in a leading privately owned food manufacturer, during which I successfully designed, managed and supported major change programmes, including the reorganisation of manufacturing, and the repositioning of the commercial teams.

Managed a number of business functions including export sales, buying and contract manufacturing in leading blue chip companies.
